Chicken supreme with pasta and corn (4 persons)


  • Ishtar Chicken Supreme 400g.
  • 1 packet of pasta.
  • Boiled corn 200g.
Sauce ingredients:
  • 1 tablespoon of butter.
  • 1 tablespoon of flour.
  • 1 cup of chicken stock.
  • 1\2 cup of cooking cream.
  • A pinch of nutmeg.
  • A pinch of white pepper.
  • 1 teaspoon of lemon juice

Preparation method:

  • Melt Ishtar Chicken Supreme pieces and fry them in medium abundant oil for 8 minutes.
  • To prepare the sauce, melt a spoonful of butter in a pan, then quickly stir with a spoonful of flour.
  • Stir in the chicken stock gradually and leave the sauce to boil and thicken.
  • Stir in the liquid cream, spices and lemon until the mixture boils, then put it aside.
  • Fry the boiled pasta with a little butter, a pinch of black pepper and boiled corn.
  • Cut the chicken breast and pour the sauce on it. Serve it with pasta and sauteed corn or with mashed potatoes and sauteed vegetables.
