Chicken supreme with rice (4 persons).


  • Ishtar Chicken Supreme 400g
  • 2 cups of rice (500g)
Sauce ingredients:
  •  1 tablespoon of butter
  • 1 tablespoon of flour
  • 1 cup of chicken stock
  • 1\2 cup of cooking cream
  • A pinch of nutmeg
  • A pinch of white pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice

Preparation method:

  • Melt the Chicken Supreme pieces, then fry them in medium abundant oil for 8 minutes.
  • In a pan, melt 1 tablespoon of butter, then quickly stir with 1 tablespoon of flour.
  • Stir in the chicken stock gradually, then leave the sauce to boil and thicken.
  • Stir in the liquid cream, spices and lemon until the sauce boils, then put it aside.
  • After washing and soaking basmati rice in water for 30 minutes, cook it with butter and a pinch of turmeric.
  • Cut the chicken breast and put the white sauce on it (you can add kashkaval cheese and corn on top as desired).
  • Served with rice or fries.
