Crunchy Pane Salad Recipe from Ishtar with Ranch Sauce (for 2 persons).


  • Crunchy pane 400g from Ishtar
  • 2 toast breads sliced
  • 1 small lettuce
  • 4 tablespoons of ready-made ranch dressing
  • A pinch of dried mint

Preparation method:

  • Melt the pane pieces and fry them in a medium abundant oil until they are browned and golden.
  • Cut the crunchy pane into cubes and put them aside.
  • Toast the toast bread cubes on the oven grill for a few minutes.
  • Chop the lettuce and put it as a first layer in a serving dish, add the pane pieces, then the toast cubes.
  • Add the ranch sauce and sprinkle with dry mint
