Kibbeh with Yoghurt Recipe (for 2 people)


  • Ishtar Mini Kibbeh 400g
  • 1 kg yoghurt
  • One and a half tablespoons of cornstarch
  • A spoonful of salt

Preparation method:

  • Fry the frozen kibbeh in abundant oil until they turn color, then put them aside.
  • Add the yoghurt, starch and salt to the blender until mixed completely.
  • Pour the mixture into a pot on fire and keep stirring until it boils and thickens.
  • Put the mini kibbeh from Ishtar in the pot with the yoghurt and let it boil for two minutes.
  • Pour the kibbeh and yoghurt into a serving bowl and decorate with walnuts or pine nuts. Serve it hot with white rice.
