Crunchy Pane Salad Recipe from Ishtar with Ranch Sauce (for 2 persons).

Ingredients
- Crunchy pane 400g from Ishtar
- 2 toast breads sliced
- 1 small lettuce
- 4 tablespoons of ready-made ranch dressing
- A pinch of dried mint
Preparation method:
- Melt the pane pieces and fry them in a medium abundant oil until they are browned and golden.
- Cut the crunchy pane into cubes and put them aside.
- Toast the toast bread cubes on the oven grill for a few minutes.
- Chop the lettuce and put it as a first layer in a serving dish, add the pane pieces, then the toast cubes.
- Add the ranch sauce and sprinkle with dry mint
