Dawood Basha meat kofta with potatoes and tomato sauce (3 persons)

Ingredients

  • Ishtar Dawood Basha Meat Plate 400g
  • 2 potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
Sauce ingredients:
  • Place Ishtar Dawood Basha meatballs in a tray.
  • Leave the tray in the oven until it is fully cooked.
  • Pell and cube the potatoes.
  • Fry the potatoes in a pan with butter, then put them aside.
  • Add the tomato sauce, salt, black pepper, cinnamon and cumin in a pan over the heat and stir.
  • Pour water over the ingredients and let them boil.
  • Add the meatballs and potatoes to the ingredients and cook for few minutes.
  • Add it hot in a serving dish
