Kibbeh with Yoghurt Recipe (for 2 people)

Ingredients
- Ishtar Mini Kibbeh 400g
- 1 kg yoghurt
- One and a half tablespoons of cornstarch
- A spoonful of salt
Preparation method:
- Fry the frozen kibbeh in abundant oil until they turn color, then put them aside.
- Add the yoghurt, starch and salt to the blender until mixed completely.
- Pour the mixture into a pot on fire and keep stirring until it boils and thickens.
- Put the mini kibbeh from Ishtar in the pot with the yoghurt and let it boil for two minutes.
- Pour the kibbeh and yoghurt into a serving bowl and decorate with walnuts or pine nuts. Serve it hot with white rice.
