Jordanian Msakhan with Sauce (for 2 persons)

Ingredients
- Jordanian Musakhan with Sumac from Ishtar 300g
- Half a cup of yogurt.
- 3 tablespoons of chopped parsley.
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced.
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice.
- 1 tablespoon of sumac.
- Half a teaspoon of salt.
- A quarter teaspoon of black pepper.
Preparation method:
- Melt the Jordanian Msakhan with Sumac from Ishtar and grill it for ten minutes, then set it aside.
- Prepare a bowl and add the minced garlic, along with salt, black pepper, sumac, olive oil, and lemon juice. Mix all the ingredients well.
- Add tahini and chopped parsley, and continue mixing until the ingredients are well combined.
- Add yogurt and mix the ingredients well again.
- Once finished, place the sauce in a small dish and serve it with the Jordanian Msakhan. Bon Appetit
